I designed and engineered the full hardware and software stack: capture pipeline, edge inference, cloud sync, OTA firmware, web dashboard. Three tiers, one platform, one operational dashboard across them all.
Global SaaS for CV writing, plus a marketplace where CV experts get paid work.
Two-sided platform: job seekers get CV auditing, optimization, and writing services; expert writers get a steady channel of paying assignments. I designed the data model, the credit economy, the admin and operations panel, and the full migration from a legacy WordPress/WooCommerce setup.
I'm a technical founder. I take a blurry idea, prototype it fast, ship the working version, then scale it. Hardware, software, product, team.
I came up through twenty years in construction tech across the Gulf, starting as the person who convinced Qatari contractors they needed time-lapse documentation, and ending as the person who replaced the off-the-shelf systems with my own stack because the imports couldn't handle desert conditions or the price tag.
I don't micromanage. I hire people who are good, tell them what good looks like, and let them work. I'm based in Gdansk, working in Arabic, English, and French.
